The Tersano SAO Dispenser is a fully compliant dispenser of SAO (Stabilised Aqueous Ozone) which is created from 2 ingredients: regular tap water and oxygen. It's a completely harmless solution that's just as effective as any all purpose cleaner, disinfectant or sanitiser with the added benefit of having no effect on you and the environment.
This dispenser works by collecting, filtering and cleaning regular tap water through Tersano's cartridge filtration system. Oxygen (O2) from the air is also collected and electrified to generate ozone (O3). Ozone is then infused with the filter water to create a powerful all-in-one cleaner, deodouriser and sanitiser. SAO is naturally attracted to organic matters such as germs and bacteria which are then broken down into smaller particles through a process called oxidation. After a short period of time, the SAO is reverted back to water and pure oxygen.
The SAO filter cartridges are available in 2 versions, SAO-4 and SAO-24. SAO-4 provides 6000 litres of water, 4 hours of sanitising and 3 days of cleaning power. The SAO-24 provides 3000 litres of water, 24 hours of sanitising and 6 days of cleaning power.
SAO can be applied in any traditional method you can think of from a trigger spray bottle, mop and bucket, carpet extraction machines or even scrubber drier machines. The handy dispensing system means SAO can be generated with minutes and dispensed through a hose on the side directly into your bottle, bucket or water tank (for machines). You can apply it on a variety of surfaces too including carpets, stone, ceramic, glass, stainless steel, computer screens, vinyl, appliances and more.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
Deliveries will be despatched in the order that they are received. Orders within mainland UK will be sent using a courier company, and will normally take 2 - 3 working days from receipt of order.
WHAT DELIVERY AREA DO YOU COVER?
We are able to supply our full range of products throughout mainland UK.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or any other islands off of the mainland.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?
If you do miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will leave a card to let you know that a delivery attempt has been made; the card will feature your local delivery depot's telephone number, so you can simply call the couriers and rearrange delivery for a suitably convenient day. If you do not contact the couriers they will automatically re-deliver your items on the next working day.
CAN THE DELIVERY BE LEFT IN MY PORCH, SHED, GARAGE ETC.?
As a general rule, a signature is required for proof of delivery. However, we may decide, at our discretion, to leave the item in a secure place on your property, or with a neighbour. Factors influencing this decision may include security at the area (not shared or communal areas), the value of the goods, weather conditions and our familiarity with you and your property. If you wish the delivery to be left with a neighbour or another safe place, please advise us of this when you order.

Before signing for your delivery PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CHECK IT. ALL DAMAGES SHOULD BE NOTED WITH THE DRIVER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, AND ONLY THE PARCELS YOU HAVE ACCEPTED SHOULD BE SIGNED FOR - please ensure this is made clear on signing the PROOF OF DELIVERY.
