The Prochem Steempro Powermax Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Machine SX2100  is a state-of-the-art, high power carpet extractor which combines compact, portable design and optimum efficiency, within a durable, granite-finish, scuff-resistant polyethylene casing.

It features dual 3-stage bypass vacuum pumps and a 13.7-bar 200psi diaphragm pump, with a "whisper quiet" internal silencer and an exclusive intercooler unit for long-life and longer use. An automatic vacuum shut-off is also incorporated.

Other features include a 35-litre solution tank and 26-litre recovery tank, two 10" non-marking, stair climbing castors, handle mounted switches and a 2-jet GLIDEMASTER stainless steel S-bend wand.

Machine Only

The machine only option in the standard machine as described on the Prochem website.  The SX2100 Powermax carpet and upholstery machine complete with hoses and a 12” carpet wand.

Included with the machine is a Free Prochem Training voucher.  The Prochem training voucher entitles you to attend a Prochem Training Day, which is held at their training centre in Chessington, Greater London.  Prochem offer a range of training options and many choose to upgrade to a two-day course to include upholstery, stain removal or hard floor. 

Heat ‘n’ Run

The Prochem SX2100 Powermax now has the option to fit the Heat ‘n’ Run in-line heater exchanger. Prochem Heat ‘n’ Run is a self-contained 2.8kw in-line heater designed exclusively for the Steempro and Galaxy range of carpet soil extractors. It has a high-capacity stainless steel heat tube with 65C thermostat and resettable hi-limit safety thermostat and provides constant hot cleaning solution plus it conforms to CE requirements for isolated electrical unit. It comes with a 25 ft power cable, illuminated rocker switch and heat indicator lamp and fits the heater mounting plates on the machine.

 

Warranty

Prochem offers, via CPX Group Ltd, 2 years warranty on the roto-mouldings of the tank/casing and 1 year on the rest of the machine with the exception of maintenance items.  Maintenance items includes, but not limited hoses, filters, O-rings, diaphragms, valves, drive belts, gaskets, carbon brushes and damage to motors and other components as a result of failure to replace normal maintenance items.  (This list is not exhaustive),

In the event of a fault with the machine; the machine must be returned back to our head office; we are unable to come to site to repair.  Carriage arrangements and cost of return to us or the manufacturer for repair is the responsibility of the owner.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
 
For guest website customers, orders that we receive above £150.00 exclusive of VAT will be sent carriage-paid.  Any orders below will be subject to a delivery charge of £9.99 + VAT.  Rates may vary for trade customers. 

In certain remote areas, an additional £3.00 surcharge will be automatically applied at checkout, and some areas are excluded from our delivery service entirely.  See below for further information about our delivery areas.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Deliveries will be despatched in the order that they are received.  Orders within mainland UK will be sent using a courier company, and will normally take 2 - 3 working days from receipt of order.

 

WHAT DELIVERY AREA DO YOU COVER?

We are able to supply our full range of products throughout mainland UK. 

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or any other islands off of the mainland.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?

If you do miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will leave a card to let you know that a delivery attempt has been made; the card will feature your local delivery depot's telephone number, so you can simply call the couriers and rearrange delivery for a suitably convenient day.  If you do not contact the couriers they will automatically re-deliver your items on the next working day.

 

CAN THE DELIVERY BE LEFT IN MY PORCH, SHED, GARAGE ETC.?

As a general rule, a signature is required for proof of delivery.  However, we may decide, at our discretion, to leave the item in a secure place on your property, or with a neighbour.  Factors influencing this decision may include security at the area (not shared or communal areas), the value of the goods, weather conditions and our familiarity with you and your property.  If you wish the delivery to be left with a neighbour or another safe place, please advise us of this when you order.

 

SIGNING FOR / REJECTING YOUR DELIVERY.

Before signing for your delivery PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CHECK IT.  ALL DAMAGES SHOULD BE NOTED WITH THE DRIVER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, AND ONLY THE PARCELS YOU HAVE ACCEPTED SHOULD BE SIGNED FOR - please ensure this is made clear on signing the PROOF OF DELIVERY.
