The Prochem Steempro Powerflo Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Machine SX2000 is a 35kg professional carpet and upholstery soil extraction machine, ideal for domestic and commercial use.

Its 10.3 bar, 150 psi diaphragm pump and 70.7 l/s airflow, 3-stage vacuum makes it one of the most powerful portable extraction machines in the world, yet its internal "whisper quiet" silencer makes it one of the quietest. It can be used with an optional PROCHEM "HEAT 'N' RUN" INLINE HEATER for continuous hot solution delivery.

Features of the STEEMPRO 2000 POWERFLO include a 35-litre solution tank and 26-litre recovery tank, two 10" and two 4" castors for mobility and stair-climbing ease, a scuff-resistant granite finish chassis and controls mounted on the top handle. An automatic vacuum shut-off feature is incorporated.

It comes complete with a 15ft (4.6m) hose assembly, a 25ft power cable and a 12" single jet GLIDEMASTER STAINLESS STEEL WAND.

Hose Bracket Accessory kit

The Hose bracket kit is available for the Prochem Powerflo SX2000 Carpet Extraction machine. Tough plastic coated steel brackets fit directly into the screw inserts on the machine. Keeps hoses and wands near and tidy.

Heat ‘n’ Run

The Prochem SX2000 Powerflo now has the option to fit the Heat ‘n’ Run in-line heater exchanger. Prochem Heat ‘n’ Run is a self-contained 2.8kw in-line heater designed exclusively for the Steempro and Galaxy range of carpet soil extractors. It has a high-capacity stainless steel heat tube with 65C thermostat and resettable hi-limit safety thermostat and provides constant hot cleaning solution plus it conforms to CE requirements for isolated electrical unit. It comes with a 25 ft power cable, illuminated rocker switch and heat indicator lamp and fits the heater mounting plates on the machine.

Warranty

Prochem offers, via CPX Group Ltd, 2 years warranty on the roto-mouldings of the tank/casing and 1 year on the rest of the machine with the exception of maintenance items.  Maintenance items includes, but not limited hoses, filters, O-rings, diaphragms, valves, drive belts, gaskets, carbon brushes and damage to motors and other components as a result of failure to replace normal maintenance items.  (This list is not exhaustive),

In the event of a fault with the machine; the machine must be returned back to our head office; we are unable to come to site to repair.  Carriage arrangements and cost of return to us or the manufacturer for repair is the responsibility of the owner.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
 
For guest website customers, orders that we receive above £150.00 exclusive of VAT will be sent carriage-paid.  Any orders below will be subject to a delivery charge of £9.99 + VAT.  Rates may vary for trade customers. 

In certain remote areas, an additional £3.00 surcharge will be automatically applied at checkout, and some areas are excluded from our delivery service entirely.  See below for further information about our delivery areas.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Deliveries will be despatched in the order that they are received.  Orders within mainland UK will be sent using a courier company, and will normally take 2 - 3 working days from receipt of order.

 

WHAT DELIVERY AREA DO YOU COVER?

We are able to supply our full range of products throughout mainland UK. 

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or any other islands off of the mainland.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?

If you do miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will leave a card to let you know that a delivery attempt has been made; the card will feature your local delivery depot's telephone number, so you can simply call the couriers and rearrange delivery for a suitably convenient day.  If you do not contact the couriers they will automatically re-deliver your items on the next working day.

 

CAN THE DELIVERY BE LEFT IN MY PORCH, SHED, GARAGE ETC.?

As a general rule, a signature is required for proof of delivery.  However, we may decide, at our discretion, to leave the item in a secure place on your property, or with a neighbour.  Factors influencing this decision may include security at the area (not shared or communal areas), the value of the goods, weather conditions and our familiarity with you and your property.  If you wish the delivery to be left with a neighbour or another safe place, please advise us of this when you order.

 

SIGNING FOR / REJECTING YOUR DELIVERY.

Before signing for your delivery PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CHECK IT.  ALL DAMAGES SHOULD BE NOTED WITH THE DRIVER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, AND ONLY THE PARCELS YOU HAVE ACCEPTED SHOULD BE SIGNED FOR - please ensure this is made clear on signing the PROOF OF DELIVERY.
