Numatic Service Package

The service package is fantastic value and it is a package that is directly from Numatic International.  The service package is in addition to the excellent warranty that you already get with the machine.  The service package is only available to purchase at the point when the machine is new.  So, what is included?

Installation & Set Up – An expert Numatic team member will install the machine and provide set-up training to your team on-site.  They’ll also give your team the know-how on how to clean and maintain the equipment to keep it working at its best.

Operator Training - Numatic will provide operator training on how to achieve the best cleaning results with a face-to-face session. All the latest training and troubleshooting is also readily available using the multilingual Nu-Assist App.

Initial Stage Triage - From the initial call, you’ll be in contact with a specialist Numatic FloorCare customer care agent, personally dealing with your case within 2 hours. Many calls are resolved during this initial consultation with the Numatic triage team to help get you back on track with support over the phone.

Service Maintenance Visits - To keep you and your team running, you’ll receive an on-site service visit twice a year from a Numatic engineer. The service visit will ensure optimum operation and maintenance of your equipment to provide the best cleaning results day in, day out. All service packages include an annual electrical safety test

Consumable Parts & Fitting - To maintain maximum performance, Numatic will fit any consumables that you have already purchased prior to the visit during each service.  

Top Up Training – Numatic will keep your team up-to-date on how to achieve the best cleaning results with top up face-to-face training sessions, delivered on-site during the 2 planned Service Visits. All the latest training and troubleshooting is also readily available using the multilingual Nu-Assist App.

Breakdown Cover - If a problem should occur, one of Numatic’s expert engineers will be with you within 48 hours to get you up and running again. The engineers come equipped and are ready to go, carrying the necessary equipment and spares to fix a majority of problems on-site.

 

No Service Package

If you decide not to take out a service package with your machine, please note that you still have a 3-year warranty with this machine.  Numatic International Limited guarantee the original purchaser that their products are free of defects in both material and workmanship for the period of the warranty.

The warranty expressly excludes consumable parts such as carbon brushes, floor brushes, squeegee blades, mops etc. that are considered replaceable from time to time during the normal working life of the machine.  Please note using non Numatic parts can be detrimental to both machine performance and life and may invalidate the warranty.

If a repair is required and a service plan has not been taken out, the purchaser can either return the machine back to us or we can arrange a call out from Numatic.  Please note that if the repair is under warranty; then the cost of the repair will be covered by Numatic.  If the fault is due to misuse, operator error or neglect, then the call out, labour and parts will be chargeable.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
 
For guest website customers, orders that we receive above £150.00 exclusive of VAT will be sent carriage-paid.  Any orders below will be subject to a delivery charge of £9.99 + VAT.  Rates may vary for trade customers. 

In certain remote areas, an additional £3.00 surcharge will be automatically applied at checkout, and some areas are excluded from our delivery service entirely.  See below for further information about our delivery areas.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Deliveries will be despatched in the order that they are received.  Orders within mainland UK will be sent using a courier company, and will normally take 2 - 3 working days from receipt of order.

 

WHAT DELIVERY AREA DO YOU COVER?

We are able to supply our full range of products throughout mainland UK. 

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or any other islands off of the mainland.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?

If you do miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will leave a card to let you know that a delivery attempt has been made; the card will feature your local delivery depot's telephone number, so you can simply call the couriers and rearrange delivery for a suitably convenient day.  If you do not contact the couriers they will automatically re-deliver your items on the next working day.

 

CAN THE DELIVERY BE LEFT IN MY PORCH, SHED, GARAGE ETC.?

As a general rule, a signature is required for proof of delivery.  However, we may decide, at our discretion, to leave the item in a secure place on your property, or with a neighbour.  Factors influencing this decision may include security at the area (not shared or communal areas), the value of the goods, weather conditions and our familiarity with you and your property.  If you wish the delivery to be left with a neighbour or another safe place, please advise us of this when you order.

 

SIGNING FOR / REJECTING YOUR DELIVERY.

Before signing for your delivery PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CHECK IT.  ALL DAMAGES SHOULD BE NOTED WITH THE DRIVER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, AND ONLY THE PARCELS YOU HAVE ACCEPTED SHOULD BE SIGNED FOR - please ensure this is made clear on signing the PROOF OF DELIVERY.
