The CRAFTEX GRACE 5020 EXTRACTION CLEANING MACHINE is a professional injection/extraction machine which is specifically designed for fast cleaning of large areas - it does not lose performance even when using optional 20-metre hose.

The GRACE 5020 separates into two pieces for even easier storage and transporting.  Other features include an automatic cut-off system when recovery level is high, 2 x 70-litre solution/recovery tanks, a 1500 watt 3-stage vacuum motor capable of extracting 90 litres/second and a 9-bar (130psi) piston pump.  A triple jet wand is included, as is a 10-metre cable, 7.5 metre hose and the CRAFTEX PLASTIC UPHOLSTERY HANDTOOL.

The warranty covers parts and labour to rectify warranty faults for the course of the period covered.  Faults caused by mis-use, abuse or wear & tear are not covered by the warranty and will be chargeable.  In all cases, carriage arrangements and cost of return to us or the manufacturer for repair is the responsibility of the owner.

Deliveries will be despatched in the order that they are received.  Orders within mainland UK will be sent using a courier company, and will normally take 2 - 3 working days from receipt of order.

CAN THE DELIVERY BE LEFT IN MY PORCH, SHED, GARAGE ETC.?

As a general rule, a signature is required for proof of delivery.  However, we may decide, at our discretion, to leave the item in a secure place on your property, or with a neighbour.  Factors influencing this decision may include security at the area (not shared or communal areas), the value of the goods, weather conditions and our familiarity with you and your property.  If you wish the delivery to be left with a neighbour or another safe place, please advise us of this when you order.
