STAIN PRO is a ready to use, water based solvent spotter which is effective on most food based, acidic and oily stains including blood, vomit, tea, coffee, wine, cream and water based ink. This clear liquid can be used on most carpets and fabrics and leaves a mint fragrance.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Pretest for colour fastness and texture corruption before use. Apply directly to stain with a towel or tissue and blot (do not rub) until there is no further extraction visible. Rinse fabrics after use wIth PROCHEM B109 FIBRE AND FABRIC RINSE.
PROCHEM COFFEE STAIN REMOVER is a professional, ready to use spotter stain remover for direct treatment of tea, coffee, beer, tannin and water mark staining on fabrics and carpets. Suitable for synthetic and natural fibres, this clear, acidic liquid leaves a fresh lemon fragrance.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Always pre-test for colour fastness and sensitivity. Spray COFFEE STAIN REMOVER directly onto stain undiluted and blot with a clean white towel. Leave for up to 15 minutes for difficult stains before rinsing. PROCHEM COFFEE STAIN REMOVER may be ineffective against permanent stains.
N.B. This product should not be mixed with other cleaning agents. For severe staining apply PROCHEM BROWNING PRESCRIPTION at a dilution rate of 1:1 before rinsing.
CITRUS GEL is a detergent, liquid gel spot remover, which is effective and safe for use on many stains and spots including grease, gum, oils and tar. This fragrant, citrus based gel is ready to use and designed for direct application to the fibre surface, without damaging latex carpet backings.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Shake well before use and always pre-test on an inconspicuous area before use. Blot up excess staining, before applying CITRUS GEL directly to spot, taking care not to over-apply. Leave for 2-5 minutes before scraping or blotting with a white towel or tissue - do not rub. Repeat as necessary, blotting with water if required. Brush with a pile brush to realign fibres.
N.B. This product is for professional use only. Its content and packaging are harmful and should be disposed of as such - can cause long term adverse effects to aquatic organisms and environments. Wear gloves and avoid contact with skin and eyes.
PROCHEM URINE NEUTRALISER is a specially formulated, ready to use detergent for deodorising and chemically neutralizing urine deposits in carpets and fabrics, preventing unpleasant odours and permanent staining.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Pretest on an inconspicuous area for colour fastness before use. Spray directly onto affected area, undiluted or diluted at a rate of 1:1 depending on level of contamination. Blot with a sponge, mop or towel and allow to dry. Heavily affected areas should be extraction cleaned after pre treatment with PROCHEM URINE NEUTRALISER.
N.B. PROCHEM URINE NEUTRALISER may be ineffective against permanent stains.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
Deliveries will be despatched in the order that they are received. Orders within mainland UK will be sent using a courier company, and will normally take 2 - 3 working days from receipt of order.
WHAT DELIVERY AREA DO YOU COVER?
We are able to supply our full range of products throughout mainland UK.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or any other islands off of the mainland.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?
If you do miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will leave a card to let you know that a delivery attempt has been made; the card will feature your local delivery depot's telephone number, so you can simply call the couriers and rearrange delivery for a suitably convenient day. If you do not contact the couriers they will automatically re-deliver your items on the next working day.
CAN THE DELIVERY BE LEFT IN MY PORCH, SHED, GARAGE ETC.?
As a general rule, a signature is required for proof of delivery. However, we may decide, at our discretion, to leave the item in a secure place on your property, or with a neighbour. Factors influencing this decision may include security at the area (not shared or communal areas), the value of the goods, weather conditions and our familiarity with you and your property. If you wish the delivery to be left with a neighbour or another safe place, please advise us of this when you order.

Before signing for your delivery PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CHECK IT. ALL DAMAGES SHOULD BE NOTED WITH THE DRIVER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, AND ONLY THE PARCELS YOU HAVE ACCEPTED SHOULD BE SIGNED FOR - please ensure this is made clear on signing the PROOF OF DELIVERY.
