The design allows empty rolls to drop into the stub position, for easy removal from the rear of the dispenser, while transparent side panels enable easy monitoring of paper; it features a handy "PUSH" bar mechanism, labelled in Braille, which enables paper feeding when not readily accessible. With easy opening for quick refilling, which can be secured with or without locking, the dispenser is constructed of a durable, strong, easy to clean polycarbonate.

The INCLUSIVE SYSTEM towel roll dispenser is tested for performance, temperature resistance and hazardous substances.
